  • Construction industry/ labour hire knowledge preferred
  • Customer service experience essential

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

You will be working closely with the Recruitment & Sales team in a fast paced construction labour hire industry.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Source candidates from a variety of job boards & social media channels.
  • Job ad writing & posting.
  • Manage daily applications, CV and phone screening candidates.
  • Completing verbal reference checks.
  • Scheduling interviews and managing Recruiters calendars.
  • Completing candidate profiles and ensuring the database is kept up to date. 
  • Building a talent pool of candidates to fast track the job placement process.
  • Supporting the recruitment team with the upkeep of HR filing and personnel files. 
  • First point of contact. Managing the front desk; visitors and incoming phone calls. 
Working as part of an experienced team you will benefit from working alongside a team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants and Sales Account Manager's. This is a fun, fast paced working environment where each role plays an integral part in the business and its success. 

 Skills & Experience we require: 
  • Previous recruitment experience / exposure preferred 
  • Proven track record working in a fast paced customer service environment.
  • Ability to work independently to multi task and prioritise your workload.
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge in the construction sector is preferable.
  • A real passion for people
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, online research, etc.)
  • Ability to screen candidates thoroughly yet efficiently
  • Results-oriented and process-oriented focus
  • Ability to type notes in real time
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to commit to our hours of work (Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm)
As part of your role you will build proactive candidate pipelines, maintain and develop lasting professional relationships at all levels with both our clients and candidates.
