To support this exciting path of change, we are looking for an exceptionally talented Infrastructure Support Analyst (Helpdesk/Desktop Support) to join the team.

About the Role!

This role is responsible for operational tasks and general day to day desktop, server, network and telephony administration and support related to the IT Infrastructure environment.
  
This person must assist in ensuring that the IT infrastructure for their region is run in line with agreed policies, standards, and guidelines and any deviations from this are tracked and reported. They are also responsible for escalating major issues quickly to senior members of the team or the IT Engineering team to ensure fast a permanent resolution.

Due to the extensive interaction and dealings with the business, it is essential that you have an understanding of financial markets and Asset Management and exceptional communication skills

About your talents!

Experience
  • Good Knowledge the Microsoft Stack and key technologies associated with it. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
  • Good knowledge on the fundamentals of networking including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
  • Good knowledge on the fundamentals of IT security.
  • AV-related technologies including Video Conferencing, VOIP, SIP, H323 and Cisco Call Manager.
  • Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Citrix XenApp/XenMobile            
  • Able to work on shift and on-call out of working hours
  • Strong technical background and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate well to both internal and external clients in written and oral form
