The firm:

This relatively new Queensland law firm already has an outstanding reputation in the local market and is looking at expanding to other states.

As part of its strategic expansion a number of Partners have joined the firm recently and as a result, it is well-placed for exciting growth in the coming years.  

About the role:
 

If you are currently an experienced lawyer with some portability of fees, this could be a great potential option to consider.

The firm is well capitalised and has the infrastructure and office support in place that you'd expect at a top-end firm. But most importantly, it will transparently reward you for the effort that you put in - including for any referred fees you bring to the business.

Key Partner roles have been identified across a number of practice areas, but in particular those with followings across either:
  • Corporate and / or Commercial;
  • Property & Real Estate;
  • Litigation & Disputes;
  • Employment; OR
  • IP / Technology

Skills/Experience:

To be considered for this role you will:
  • be at Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner level currently;
  • have a client following of at least $250k pa +
  • have strong client relationship and business development skills;
  • have excellent abilities to mentor, guide and develop lawyers below you; and
  • be a cultural alignment with the firm - down to earth, approachable, friendly and with a strong client care focus to your work.
