Referrer Liaison Officer - Mater Brisbane Campus

We are seeking an experienced Referrer Liaison Officer to join our Culture, Communications and Marketing team. Primarily located in South Brisbane.

About the Role
The Referrer Liaison Officer (RLO) is responsible for ensuring the needs of referring doctors are met in a professional, timely, and efficient manner, while also representing the interests of QXR. 
A key component of the RLO role is the provision of technical assistance regarding the utilisation of radiology platforms and products including PACs, RIS, video conferencing and referrer practice management systems. 

Other key responsibilities include:
  • Understand and address concerns raised by referrers
  • Monitor and interpret industry demands to identify gaps in service deliveries
  • Host a variety of events for internal and external stakeholders, including educational events
  • Monthly reporting
  • Facilitate frequent MDT meetings
This role is primarily based at the Mater Brisbane Campus and head office in South Bank.

About You
  • Experience working in the radiology, healthcare or science industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with technology and using technology as a solution to improve systems and processes
  • Experience in sales or marketing will be highly regarded 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to build and maintain close working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
