Cetnaj has been in operation for 42 years, originally founded as an electrical wholesaler, specialising in lighting, electrical and data supplies.
Over the years, the company has grown from a small family business, expanding across the east coast of Australia to 43 branch locations. The Opportunity
The program is a unique, hands – on role where you will be exposed to all areas of the business by completing structured rotations through the different business functions across different branch locations. This will provide you with the skills to understand how to run a successful business thereby accelerating your career progression towards the opportunity to manage your own branch.
Key business rotations include:
  • Warehouse management
  • Customer Service
  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • Administration
Working from the ground up, you will obtain a strong understanding of the business’ core functions, operations and processes. Your growth will be supported by ongoing training and mentoring from senior leaders.
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will be a strong performing university graduate with a passion for sales and business development, with a desire to become a future leader in a dynamic customer service environment.
You will have:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (bachelor or diploma)
  • Full Australian working rights – Aus. Citizen and PR only
  • Great rapport and relationship building abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A desire and passion for leadership opportunities
  • The capability to work autonomously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
