Our client is a leading wholesale provider in the Security and Electronics industry. With a national branch network, and a history spanning more than 30 years, they are a growing business with huge potential for further growth.

About the Role:

In this role, you will find yourself in a true leadership position and be responsible for the business plan, operations, and overall sales of your own wholesale business.
  
Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing innovative business, product and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Managing systems and procedures for controlling the performance of the business against budgets and forecasts
  • Leading, training and developing your team of 15 (includes Sales Reps, Internal Salespeople and Warehousing and Logistics staff) to achieve measurable results
Based in Balcatta, the salary package includes a fully maintained company car (or car allowance), phone and laptop. You will also see yourself benefiting directly from your success through an attractive profit share scheme.
  
About You:
  
You are an aggressive sales leader with a strong ‘customer-partnership’ focus. You have an aptitude for maximising sales performance, profitability and growth in a dynamic and competitive environment. You will be hungry for the opportunity to make a business your own.
  
It is essential you have:
  • Experience in the security industry, or at least in a wholesale business
  • A flair for sales and business development
  • A strong understanding of margin vs. revenue
  • Vision, drive and the ability to think outside the square
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Current drivers licence
  • Full Australian working rights
