About the Role:  
 
Haymans Electrical Milton is seeking a switched-on and self-driven individual to join their friendly branch and provide efficient and exceptional customer service and sales assistance.  
 
Working in a supportive and fun team environment you will learn from their experienced staff and have the opportunity to further train and develop.

Certificate 4 in business or Diploma in Leadership and Management are just a few of the potential courses that will be made available.
 
This is an entry level Internal Sales position for someone who wants to build a career and not just a job.  

Specific responsibilities will include:
 

  • Counter sales including the promotion of a large and diverse product set
  • Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Liaising with suppliers  
  • Stock control as required, including assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders  
  • Other ad-hoc duties around the branch  
Permanent role with full time hours – Monday to Friday. 

You will have:
  
  • Experience working in a retail or customer service environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A willingness to learn the business from the bottom up 
  • Initiative, common sense, and the ability to problem solve 
  • The ability to work both autonomously and within a friendly team  
  • Current drivers licence 
  • Full Australian working rights
