About the Role: 

The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth and profitability across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your flair and creativity to a drive growth and lead projects.  A role which will see you created execute and drive media digital, social content across the companys branding. Key areas of focus being website revitalisation, ecommerce, social media, digital marketing as well as traditional marketing communications.
  
Working across the divisions in Australia and New Zealand your duties will include -
  
  • Responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing programs, implementation and results.
  • Manage marketing efforts for brand position, brand awareness, lead generation, web site development and content curation/creation, traditional sales collateral development.
  • Development and implementation of creative social media initiatives
  • Plan, schedule and manage all projects on time and on budget
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting of B2B marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing communication plans
  
About You: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 + years relevant experience required;
  • Experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Exceptional digital content experience with a passion for everything digital
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills having worked in cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Email, database, and digital marketing experience
