This is an exciting opportunity to join MM Plastics' Graduate Program focused on Customer Service, Sales & Business Management. This two-year program based in Sydney will provide you with exposure to all key functions of their business.

MM Plastics forms part of Metal Manufactures Limited, a large and diverse Australian company which has been in operation for over 100 years. 

The MM Plastics group focuses on plastics distribution including sign, digital/display solutions and engineering of thermoplastics. The group is made up of several companies across Australia:

THE OPPORTUNITY

The program provides you with the opportunity to come in and work from the ground up to gain a full understanding of how to run a successful business. 

This business management role would appeal to independent, entrepreneurial-minded people who are looking to challenge themselves by working across several different business functions and who have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Progressing through the Graduate Program, you will be provided with continuous training, mentoring & support in a number of different areas including Communication, Negotiation skills, Sales & Management etc.

DUTIES 

Over the course of the Graduate Program, you will be based in the MM Plastics offices at Peakhurst. During the program you will gain exposure and an intimate understanding of the core functions, operations and processes of the business.

You will be able to put your tertiary qualifications into practice, rotating through the following functions:
  • Warehouse Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Customer Service
  • Internal Sales
  • B2B Sales
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will be a strong performing University or TAFE graduate with a passion for sales and business development and a desire to become a future leader in a dynamic customer service environment.
  • Degree qualified (Bachelor or Diploma)
  • Full Australian working rights - Aus. Citizen or PR only
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great rapport and relationship building abilities
  • The capability to work autonomously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
