Are you an immaculately presented, corporate Receptionist /Administrator who has 2 + years experience within the corporate services environment and is looking for that step up in their career?

Based in Subiaco this is an Accounting, business advisory firm that's main focus is on privately owned businesses and high net worth individuals. Due to growth a rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and driven individual who is looking to grow and enhance their career!

Reporting to an amazing management team, the main focus of this role is to manage a corporate reception area as well as offering administration assistance when required!

 your days will be varied as you.
  • Answer company phones
  • Liaise with a variety of clients, 
  • book and manage meeting rooms
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Attend to general clients requests via email or phone
  • Maintain data base and client info/files up do date
  • Collate annual ASIC statements and invoicing
  • Set up new Companies, Trusts etc
  • Various data entry/coding
  • End of month balancing & emailing statements
