Due to growth, a rare and exciting opportunity has been identified within a highly regarded company who have spent years creating some of perth most luxurious homes! 

Reporting to the Directors this role will see you provide Administration and Accounts support to the office.

Your duties and responsibilities will include: 
    • General reception duties , answering the phones
    • filing and general office procedures
    • Data entry and processing of all invoices and accounts
    • Managing all purchase orders and subcontract agreements
    • Management of monthly reconciling and payments
    • Preparation and lodging of PAYG and BAS
To be successful in obtaining this career role, it is imperative that you are immaculately presented and have prior experience with BEAMS as well as have 2 years prior experience in a similar role. faced paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
