This role will be varied and encompass managing and supervision of the admin and service teams within the company.
Reporting to Management your duties will consist of:
- Manage all monthly and quarterly reporting across various departments
- Manage and encourage consolidation of tasks across the Administration and Service teams
- Liaising with Staff, Site Supervisors, Contractors, Trades, suppliers etc.
- Schedule of on-site visits and facilitate regular service meetings
Should you have Administration Management experience within a corporate environment (preferably commercial construction), a passion for and working with a collaborative and energetic team culture and a proactive, methodical approach to all tasks whilst working in a diverse position then this role will be ideal!
