Our client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas, which has created an opportunity for Senior Researchers with experience from the Telecommunication and Automotive sectors to join our Consulting team in our Melbourne offices. This is the perfect position for an experienced Researcher keen to expand into a client-facing role, developing client relationships through relevant and actionable insights that enable a significant competitive advantage. At this level, you will be able to share market research advice and insights with existing Blue Chip clients as well as introducing further value to these clients’ businesses. You will also generate opportunities for new client business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead market research technical advice and support for Blue Chip clients.
  • Lead the implementation of the industry plan with focus across the Telecommunication and Automotive space. 
  • Identify, refocus and build capability of direct reports.
  • Develop Customer Relationships through relevant and actionable insights that will allow clients to gain a significant competitive advantage across the Telecommunication and Automotive Industries.
  • Use Roy Morgan’s Syndicated Research Program to identify the research objectives and address the business issues of our Telecommunication or Automotive clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify new leads across existing and new clients in the Telecommunication and Automotive industries.
  • Deliver high quality client deliverable through efficient and effective practices.
