Due to significant growth in our Research Institute, Roy Morgan is looking for a high level administrator to join our busy team.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic administrator to assist key executives in the research and client’s service teams with the day to day admin needs including diary management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all sales reporting and related duties such as keeping CRM up to date
  • Manage the calendars of the Head of Client Services and Head of the Research Institute
  • Liaise with the Events Manager and HR to coordinate internal events such as training sessions
  • Ensure all staff are compliant with procedures and provide guidance and support to this end
  • Assist and coordinate recruitment efforts with HR for the Research Institute hires
  • Put monthly and quarterly reports together as well and some additional reporting which may be required
  • Undertake audits with the Research Institute team to ensure continuous improvements
    
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree  and experience in similar role are preferable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and complete work within allocated time frames
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality work and service standards with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Skills in report editing and formatting will be highly valued
