  • Previously managed end to end payroll
  • Worked in a stand alone role
  • Chris21 is essential 
  • Strong remuneration and benefits knowledge
  • Ability to interpret awards
  • Reporting 
  • Process improvement
  • Ability to drive strategy
  • Excellent communication
  • Motivated and driven
