The Assistant Manager - Strategic Engagement and Partnerships will support Cardno ID to grow our diverse program portfolio.

Cardno International Development seeks a dynamic individual to join our Strategic Engagement and Partnerships team in Melbourne.  Reporting to the Asia Pacific Strategic Engagement and Partnerships (SEP) Manager, the role will support Cardno ID to grow our diverse program portfolio.
  
This role, Assistant Manager, will be responsible for opportunity tracking, support of proposal planning and development including contribution to proposal writing for a portfolio of opportunities.  This is a corporate role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  More details are outlined in the Position Description, see link further below.
  
 
To be successful in this role, you will present with the following key attributes:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (preferred);
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work  experience;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Enthusiasm and a can-do approach to work;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural team, across different time zones;
  • Attention to detail and experience drafting individual contracts and agreements; 
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with a mature and professional approach to work;
  • High-level ability to prioritise, plan and organise workflow to tight timeframes, handle multiple tasks, and be flexible with changing priorities;
  • The ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality; 
  • Good sense of humour and team player.
