An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Bid Coordinator, who is passionate about the Construction industry and is ideally looking for a long career path within the one organisation.

  
The Duties:
  
  • Management of Tender submissions and supporting documentation
  • Coordination of /attendance at site visits
  • Ensure Licences, Insurances and ISO Certificates are kept up to date
  • Coordination and production of high quality EOIs, Capability Statements and Tender submissions
  • Creation, review and editing of the non-technical components of submissions
  • Creation of document templates
  • Creation of merchandise and stationery artwork
  • Production of Project Capture Sheets and Staff CVs
  • Design and production of company Bulletins
  • Ensure company-wide brand guidelines are being upheld
  • Management of the tenders
  
  
About you:
  
  • 12 months’ + experience in a similar role
  • Advanced MS Office, Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative and enthusiasm with the ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
  • Able to work as part of a team, liaising with the management and estimating teams to ensure timely and professionally finished submissions
