About the Company:
An exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team specialising in the building of luxury homes around prestigious suburbs of Melbourne, including Toorak, South Yarra and Brighton. We are looking for a person with experience along with a bright bubbly nature who will become a valuable member of the small.

The Position
Commencing as soon as possible, this role is a permanent position with a lot of flexibility around hours and diversity in your daily duties.
Reporting to Director, you will become a key member of the team and be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
  • Processing client progress claims
  • Reconciliation of debtor & creditor accounts
  • General accounts payable / receivable duties
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Maintenance / Construction Administration assistance & co-ordination
  • Sales & Marketing admin assistance
  • General office administration duties
  • Answering / directing incoming calls
  • Managing Directors inbox
About you:
Applicants with the following skills / attributes are required:
  • Minimum of 3 years accounts experience in similar role
  • Experience in reception and administration
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel / Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi task
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to take direction, be flexible and adaptable with a variety of tasks
  • Punctuality
  • Professional manner in all circumstances
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Motivated and possess a 'can do' attitude
  • Flexible working hours
  • Close knit team
