We are working with a leading high end Fit Out and Refurb builder delivering complex projects for institutional clients across the healthcare, community and education sectors. The company is excited to be entering a significant growth phase in 2021 and are seeking a bid coordinator to assist the team throughout this period and into the future.

Reporting to the Directors your role will involve the production of key content that identifies requirements of a bid, including technical descriptions provided by the team in order to produce a clear, professional and visually appealing submission within inflexible deadlines.

As a Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating the day-to-day aspects of all bids being involved from bid formation, reviews, approvals, to submissions.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • A strong sense of urgency and a high level of initiative to perform your duties is important to this role. 
  • You will also require strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to take often complex and technical information and translate it into clear and concise language for attractive bid documentation.
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign and photoshop is essential.

Experience working across the property and construction sector in a similar role for 2 years or more is preferred.
