ASX listed, Pacific Smiles Group (PSG) is a dedicated dental services provider which has expanded their network of dental centres nationally and continue to do so with a resolute and robust growth strategy.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role will be responsible for assessing existing frameworks to ensure they are vigorous enough to stand the test of scalability. You will have every opportunity to adapt existing and new frameworks to create a capability that nurtures curiosity, keeps learning fun but also meets the practical requirements for the clinical aspects of this organisation. 

As a vital member of the Talent & Development team, you will work closely with your colleagues to efficiently and effectively become productive and contribute to key deliverables. With some exciting projects scoped for delivery, including the creation and roll out of a multi-faceted PSG Learning Academy, there will be some amazing opportunities to make your mark and take ownership of this role quickly.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of the drivers and connections between culture, leadership, business strategy and performance. The key accountabilities for this role will include talent development, content development and facilitation, relationship management and WHS.

You will have:
  • Formal qualifications in HR/Education/Business or equivalent combined experience;
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to coach others;
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business learning needs and develop strategies and associated plans;
  • Previous experience in the creation and delivery of learning packages, including instructional design;
  • Proven skills in exercising effective perspective, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations; and
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills, including experience in building convincing business cases.
