Our client is a premium Electrical business based in a beautiful, unique office space in Fortitude Valley. Due to recent success within the business, our client is looking to bring on board a motivated Marketing Assistant, in a varied capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that does things a bit differently. If you are looking to make a role your own, alongside a great team, this could be the one for you.
  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage content for social media channels
  • Assist with marketing strategy, initiatives and ideas
  • Develop marketing materials to increase product sales
  • Attend external events and assist with coordination of the company's own events
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and respond to client enquires
  • Greet clients and provide information about products and services
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings
  • General ad hoc administration support
  
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous Marketing Communications, Assistant or Graphic Design experience
  • Experience in content creation 
  • Strong administration & customer service skills
  • Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software i.e. Adobe Creative Suite
