Big Box Cars is an exciting purpose-built used car dealership which stock hundreds of used cars in one location.  We are now ready to expand our finance team to handle existing demand and to increase future sales.  If you are an experienced or mid-level business manager who would thrive in a busy but fun dealership, we would love to hear from you.

Position aim:

To give our customers a non-traditional approach to financing their vehicle. This means being a Finance Solutions Guide by offering finance and insurance options for their buying needs and addressing any pain points along the way. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all customers are spoken to regarding their finance and insurance options with their vehicle purchase
  • Ensure all finance and insurance applications are lodged correctly and appropriately authorised
  • Maintain finance and insurance records to ensure all paperwork is correctly filed and collated for record keeping
  • Ensure Aftermarket products and extended mechanical warranties are presented to all customers in order to meet KPI objectives.
  • Ensure that all monies are collected, deposits taken and refunds/payouts made per our contractual commitments 
  • Ensure all finance/insurance contracts and appropriate documents are fully explained to customers and they are aware of all the terms and conditions
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for KPI in both finance and insurance products available to our customers
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and business partner agreements
Qualifications / Attributes:
  • A true desire to do what is right for the customer
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • Finance accreditations with applicable lenders (training provided)
  • Insurance accreditations with applicable providers (training provided)
  • Experience and desire to sell aftermarket and extended warranties (training provided)
  • Open manual driver's license (current)
  • Only mid-level - experienced applicants should apply
