Office Manager required for a new opening at Velrada to run all of our administration functions internally across our business units and offices

What we are looking for:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Office Manager who possesses a strong track record of providing professional administrative support across the business. This role will require you to have excellent attention to detail, extremely strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to employ initiative to prioritise and to work independently on a diverse range of projects. Furthermore, you will be a professionally presented and highly motivated individual who thrives in a challenging work environment. You will also be required to work across a variety of duties, projects and tasks within an administrative function ranging from front desk and reception duties, call management, general housekeeping, travel bookings, expenses, some finance duties and event management. There will be times where you will be expected to go beyond the role to achieve successful outcomes for the business and those you support.
What you will do:
  • All-round office management and administration responsibilities and ownership;
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences and manage the overall scheduling of the “Corporate Calendar” and “Business Calendar”;
  • Drafting, editing and distributing correspondence, emails, letters, documents and presentations to a very high level of English; 
  • Efficiently managing a large volume of incoming emails and calls and pre-screening;
  • Monitor, prioritise and file incoming correspondence and refer tasks to the relevant functions using discretion in relation to confidential information;
  • Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis;
  • Research and undertake projects as required;
  • Co-ordinate staff functions as well as internal and external events, liaising with Management where appropriate;
  • Processing and coding expenses including travel, credit card and general administration as required;
  • Liaising with extremely high profile clients and executives;
  • Administration support to the business on a National basis;
  • Having foresight of upcoming needs and project requirements;
  • Personal Assistant duties to the CEO, MD and Executive Team
  • Discretion for all confidential and sensitive information;
  • Responsibility of office cleanliness and upkeep.
What we want:
  • Recent and proven experience in a similar role is essential (12 months minimum);
  • Experience working within a consulting or professional services organisation;
  • Diverse in skills and experiences with the willingness to take on tasks, challenges and problem solve;
  • Degree educated and ideally some additional training;
  • Full Australian working rights are essential.
