About the role | Mō te tūnga
  
This is a newly created, Organisational Development Adviser position that will focus on progressing, embedding and/or improving development initiatives already underway as well as commissioning and working alongside external providers who will be designing and developing new learning interventions for our client needs.

About you | Mōu.
  
You will enjoy the power of co-creation, working collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team, managers and people across the organisation to ensure what they deliver is fit for purpose.  You will be experienced in evaluation as well as assessing interventions to ensure impact and return on investment.
  
To be considered for the role, you will have extensive experience in Organisational Development – e.g. experience designing, leading and implementing organisational development initiatives end to end  as well as the following:
  
  • Skills and experience in building collaborative partnerships with managers and stakeholders including external facilitators.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the Public Service
  • Facilitation skills and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Coaching qualification, or equivalent skills and experience
