AGA is seeking a motivated individual to undertake a part-time Business Traineeship located in Watsonia. The successful candidates will work 4 days per week for 12 months whilst completing a ‘Certificate III in Business’.  

Responsibilities:
  • General administration duties
  • Manage records and basic bookkeeping
  • Attend to couriers and unpack supplies
  • Order stock online
  • Manage internal or external phone inquiries
  • Provide polite and courteous customer service 
Role Selection Criteria:
  • Competent ability to operate a computer
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and a team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
Requirements:
  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and/or Working With Children Check
  • Genuine interest in administration
  • No prior qualifications necessary
AGA Trainees will:
  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
