The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing business with operations in Australia & New Zealand. They are a recognised industry leader who have experienced steady year on year growth in recent years. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer who wants to be part of a friendly, collaborative and progressive working environment. This role is covering maternity leave and will go for a minimum of 12 months.

The Challenge

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Daily receipting and posting of payments to debtor accounts
  • Ensuring that the debtors ledger is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collection of overdue accounts
  • Handling all accounts receivable queries from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with month end close
  • Continually driving and implementing process improvement initiatives 
The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
  • 3+ years end to end AR/credit experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
