Your Impact
Bringing with you your Customer Service experience and technical aptitude, you’ll take ownership of managing an established customer base of commercial clients, handling phone/email enquiries, walk-ins, orders and returns. With the confidence knowing you’re carrying NHP’s reputable brand on your shoulders, you will be given the resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships we pride ourselves on.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Supporting customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics.
  • Liaising with various internal departments to assist customer enquiries regarding products, services, returns and technical issues.
  • Provide back up support for members in the Warehouse as required.

About you
We’re an ‘easy to do business with team’ who have the industry know how and the passion to support and work with our customers. We’re looking for a team player who has a technical aptitude and the passion and drive to become an expert in NHP’s products and business.

  • Customer service experience
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), high attention to detail, accuracy and speed.
  • A qualification in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical trade background is an advantage.
