About the Role:

Being part of NHP’s National Services Team, you will report into the Service Delivery Team Leader- North Region, whilst also working closely with the New South Wales local teams throughout Sydney, Albury/ Wodonga, Newcastle, Wollongong, Dubbo, Tamworth, Gosford, Griffith, Lithgow and some interstate support when required.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain a safe, orderly and clean workplace, using safety precautions and the NHP safety system at all times
• Diagnose errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions for products and solutions post sale
• Manage all on site commissioning, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnosing faults or technical problems and determining solutions and rectify a required, for manufactured assemblies, service onsite breakdowns or warranty repair work
• Strict adherence to Safety Principles and practices and ensuring all work is carried out in safe manner at all time
• Communicating and collaborating effectively and positively with all staff and customers to build relationships, maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow all NHP’s filed procedures and record protocols
• Write professional technical reports about assessment and completed work

About You:

To offer the first-class service we pride ourselves on, you must:
• You have proven experience working in Industrial Electrical Solutions; Power Distribution, Motor Control,
• Hold a current Electrical License (A grade)
• Be able to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Willingness to travel and learn
• Well- developed communication, high attention to detail and the ability to trouble shoot and resolve daily issues
