Your Impact 
Bringing with you your Customer Service experience you’ll take ownership of managing an established customer base of commercial clients, handling phone/email enquiries, orders, and returns. With the confidence knowing you’re carrying NHP’s reputable brand on your shoulders, you will be given the resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships we pride ourselves on.

Other responsibilities include:  
  • Supporting customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics. 
  • Investigating queries and determine resources needed to respond. 
  • Liaising with internal departments to assist customer enquiries.
