The Role
In this role you will manage two staff members and oversee our People & Culture Operations function. This team is responsible for all HR administration, maintaining compliance and delivering key HR data and reporting requirements.

We are also looking to embark on a new HRIS system implementation and this role will be a key player in this initiative.

You will also have complete ownership for HR data, analytics and process compliance and will be a key pillar of the People & Culture function. 

About You:
  • You have previous experience in a similar role and have sound knowledge of HR administrative processes and compliance
  • You are great with data, with an inherent ability to analyse, interpret and report on key HR metrics
  • You have previously had exposure to a HRIS upgrade or implementation
  • You bring a 'customer first' attitude to all aspects of your role
