We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated & customer service driven individual to provide our valued customers the level care & attention they deserve.

As the primary contact of all our DCBC customers, we will rely on you to provide every customer an outstanding experience of Interactive. You will engage with the customers for arranging bookings and testing.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Previous experience working in an operational client facing role;
  • An outstanding customer service philosophy;
  • Professional presentation;
  • Strong relationship building skills and confidence in dealing with C-level managers;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management;
  • Ability to effectively deal within high pressure environments, acting with urgency, empathy and effective time management;
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
