The Role:

Due to internal movement we are looking for an exceptional Lead to contribute to the stability, profitability and growth of Interactives end user support services (EUS) by leading the team to provide and exceptional IT user experience.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a small team across our main national sites
  • Technical support of end user technology
  • Driving resolutions within agreed SLA's
  • Team metrics and governance reporting
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance, build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate best practice and adoption of Interactive policy, procedures and standards
Key Requirements: 
  • Ability to lead and be part of the team
  • Technical skills and understanding of key decision points to manage technical escalations
  • Support national user base >500 users
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products
  • Strong customer communication and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in the ITIL framework
