The Role:

The Procurement and Software Licensing Specialist will manage relationships with a portfolio of key technology partners and will manage all associated governance and ensure we maintain a robust approach in how we deal with and measure the success of our technology partners.

This position will optimise consumption and spend, lead discussions that lead to solution focused outcomes across vendors (including Microsoft, AWS, VMware) and other technology platforms will help improve business EBIT lead to increased rebates and improved Supplier & Partner confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Procurement team to build and implement a procurement cloud and technology categories using in-depth understanding of software/licencing, cloud services and compliance, partner programs and contract management principles.
  • Building Partner Program Performance Dashboards including consumption, expenditure, rebate/benefits opportunities and alignment of cost with revenue for key customers
  • Work closely with technology partners, and vendors to refine and optimised Interactive’s needs
  • Continuous cost stack interrogation and present recommendations for risk remediation cost reductions, efficiency gains, and rebate opportunities to stakeholders
  • Ownership of contracts/license registries
Key Experience:
  • Strong Experience in a Procurement across: Public and Private Cloud, Software and Licensing, channel partners and vendors negotiating complex purchases
  • Strong understanding of Software Partner Programs and Program Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams, can prioritise workload and manage complex projects within cost and schedule
  • Proven ability to develop partner performance management frameworks
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft 365 applications
