A well-established market leader in the supply and service of equipment to the health sector, this organisation sees significant future growth and development opportunities. You will focus on delivering top customer service, any process improvements to optimise efficiency, and maintaining effective and positive relationships with external service partners.

The role will suit someone with a strong operational, hands-on focus, keen to join a small but busy satellite site of a national operation.  You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, which involves equipment inbound for repair/ refurbishment through external third-party providers, and its timely despatch back to customers, together with customer communication.  As such, strong people motivation and leadership are important, good time management, a very real focus on customers, plus the agility to get the best from third party provider relationships. This includes ensuring KPIs continue to be developed and achieved by subcontractors.

The ideal person will have:
  • A strong knowledge of warehouse and/or logistics systems and practices
  • Solid analytical skills
  • A good grasp of the Microsoft suite including intermediate Excel skills
  • Team leadership
  • A strong high work ethic
  • Be known for your attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • The ability to work under pressure and superb organisational skills  
You will enjoy being given autonomy to run your own ship, of course within company guidelines, and will relish the ability to use your initiative to seek out improvements to maximise service and efficiency!  The role suits a personable, hands-on, achievement oriented person who enjoys an operation of some complexity, covering process, inventory and administration.
