This is a chance for a current National Account Executive, Category Executive or VRP to join a major player within the branded manufacturing space as they embark on their next phase of growth.  The environment is one of an entrepreneurial nature with a focus on driving category solutions through new innovation and utilising insights to identify opportunities for growth.

As a result, we are seeking an entrepreneurial National Account Executive or Category Executive to support the National Account Manager and Head of Sales with the development and execution of customer and category plans in line with the overall long-term category vision.

Given the breadth of the role, you will be working on short term operational, as well as long term strategic plans. Therefore you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the company's current performance against objectives and provide recommendations to the Category & Account teams on ways to improve ROI and ensure execution continues to be best in class. 

In conjunction with this, you will be working closely with your manager, seeking out new opportunities across multiple channels to drive long-term sustainable growth across the business.

Further, you will own the Go to Market execution process for new products and channel activations, providing critical analytics to the monitor success of all projects across all brands and customers. Charged with monitoring the success of promotional plans, you will also provide key insights to support the strategic decisions around timing and pricing.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified, at either an Account Executive, Category Analyst or VRP level role and will have a background in FMCG, Liquor, Consumer Durables or Retail. You will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.  The ability to understand big picture concepts and convert those plans to immediate term plans of action is also essential to your success in the role.
