Service Desk Analyst


NV1 Clearance - Central Location - O365

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk analyst to assist our Federal Government client with being the primary contact point for technical escalation within the department to existing internal resolver groups.

Your main day to day responsibilities will include:
  • SOE installations
  • Installing and troubleshooting software
  • Port patching
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Working with external and internal stakeholders
Preferred skills and experience:
  • Experience working within a service desk or desktop support environment
  • NV1 security clearance
  • Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Office 365)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Server products and Active Directory
