About the Role
  • Lead an evolution of segmentation strategy driven by:
    • authentic customer insights
    • internal stakeholder experience
    • understanding of data sources & segmentation design to understand customer behaviour & needs
  • Design & execute new market research projects (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Design, develop & facilitate Customer Experience workshops to:
    • drive innovation
    • develop customer journey maps, and tailored multi-channel campaigns that will contribute towards our integrated customer plans.
  • Drive & support cross-functional teams to identify with & bring to life customer segments
  • Build tailored customer journeys & campaigns
  • Optimise & measure customer experience
  • Evaluate data sources to:
    • review structure of promotional territories
    • identify process improvements
    • share insights across the business to ensure optimal ROI
  • Design & deliver training to ensure understanding & compliance with segmentation processes
    
Skills & Experience required
  • Demonstrates an eagerness to make a positive difference for doctors & patients through organisational change to create better customer experiences
  • Ability to thrive in uncertainty & create best practices in design & implementation of Customer Experience priorities
  • A strategic mindset in methods to best understand the needs of customers & patients
  • Experience in effectively translating insights into innovative ideas that create positive customer experiences
  • Experience in Customer Experience methodologies
  • Experience designing strategic market research projects & ability to critically evaluate insights
  • Evaluate & lead evolution of customer segmentation to drive improved customer experience
  • Lead teams & projects to better understand authentic customer insights
  • Communication style that inspires change across diverse audiences
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change / transformation
  • Ability to drive momentum autonomously & work as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading strategy coupled with strong commercial acumen
