About the Role:

We are currently working with a school in West Byfleet UK to recruit a secondary food technology-nutrition teacher to take on a position from January - July 2021.

For teachers coming from abroad (Australia, New Zealand and Canada) there is a relocation package available (up to £500). 

You Will:
  • Have experience teaching in a Secondary school setting
  • Be an enthusiastic and resourceful teacher
  • Hold QTS or a comparable teaching degree
  • Experience as a Food Technology/Nutrition teacher
Your responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of Food technology/Nutrition lessons based on the UK curriculum guides
  • Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Building rapport with both staff and students

- Possess an Enhanced Child DBS with an update service subscription, or demonstrate the willingness to apply for one through anzuk.
- Possess an updated CV, outlining paid employment covering the last two years - any gaps in employment must be accounted for.
- Be based in London, or surrounding areas, and able to provide a valid police check from countries you have lived in (outside of the United Kingdom) within the last 5 years.
- Be able to show experience working with children in a coaching, tutoring, teaching or mentoring role - or a willingness to learn and undertake new challenges!
