The Centre 
This is a beautiful Childcare Centre in the Penrith area. This highly regarded, well-resourced Centre is filled with natural light and offers plenty of space. The Centre prides themselves on having fantastic relationships with parents and families and aim to contribute to the local community by promoting regular excursions. The Medium placed centre is Exceeding.

The Opportunity
As the Director you will work alongside and guide a friendly and experienced team. You will have the opportunity to work with passionate educators to deliver an engaging program to the children. The owners believe their staff are their greatest asset and believe in promotion of professional development and are really open to hearing about. You will have excellent support networks in place but have a great degree of autonomy and will be able to put your stamp on the service. 

The Ideal Director
To apply for this role, you will have had experience working in a management role and ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. In addition, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma 
  • Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis 
  • Current WWCC
  • Experience as a Director
