Due to Plexus’ continued growth and international expansion, we are currently looking for an BDM to join our growing team. This role will play a key role in the growth of the organization.

The Role:
  • Manage and support the prospect’s buying process from lead to close
  • Engage and educate senior legal executives on the importance and means of changing the way they create value within their organization
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Plexus Value Proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Partner with SDR, other BDMs, Product and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
  • Consistently deliver above goal revenue performance through proactive management of your pipeline. This will include a combination of managing existing accounts and prospecting/networking into new accounts
  • Build a clear strategy for your territory that is aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure you hit your monthly ‘visit’ targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and build relationships across key prospects in your territory 
What You'll Bring to the Role: 
  • Ability to articulate and present a compelling value proposition in all customer meetings throughout the sales cycle: from the first sales interaction to product demonstrations, discovery sessions, continuous follow up interactions and closing conversations
  • Ability to conduct refreshing and insightful conversations with C-level executives through leveraging our best practice insights that lead to our Unique Value Proposition, accurately evaluate organizational challenges and priorities, surface opportunities and engineer solutions that deliver a mutual win
  • Ability to drive urgency to close
  • Experience in developing a territory, identifying & qualifying opportunities throughout the sales cycle and effectively pursuing the conversion of well-qualified leads
  • A laser focus on delivering exceptional value to clients through an effective challenger sales approach
  • The ability to articulately translate client challenges into proposals and business cases
  • Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and consistently log your sales activities in the CRM
  • Ability to receive and manage feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset
