Due to Plexus’ continued growth and international expansion, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new customer accounts, as well as taking ownership of all nurturing activities within these accounts to support the growth of Plexus globally.

Key objectives and desired outcomes:
  • Partner directly with the Head of Customer Success to implement and refine the Customer Success strategy, to ensure that Plexus and our clients realise the greatest possible value exchange, as quickly as possible, with rapid and successful inductions/implementations
  • Guide product owners and users through the onboarding programme, ensuring all stakeholders successfully launch their platform and reach critical success milestones
  • Build scalable customer value and success systems that increase client partnerships with Plexus, helping to drive a cross-sell of all Plexus solutions to existing clients
  • Ensure maximum client engagement and satisfaction throughout the full customer life cycle - prior, during and post implementation, all the way through to long term retention
