Off The Plan and New Home Sales focus 

This is a newly created acquisitions role to absorb ongoing growth of a busy and reputable property firm and will have high-level stakeholder relationship development and maintenance focus. 

Strong real estate and property experience across contract negotiation and coordination, stakeholder liaison and scheduling and high-level relationship building is essential. 

Focus | This opportunity will suit a professional Channel Manager who brings flair, confidence and energy to their day. This is a busy, highly multi-tasking role and you must love the challenge and rewards that a real estate sales environment offers. A strong mix of sales, stocklist growth, network management, stakeholder liaison and customer service skills are essential. 

Candidate profile
  • Strong understanding of Off The Plan buying cycle
  • Experience with new home channel sales 
  • Familiarity with innovative property marketing pathways
  • Management and growth of stock lists, online listing and other relevant marketing processes
  • Excellent stakeholder liaison skills
  • Polished personal presentation and commitment to working collaboratively with a very fast-paced team
  • Strong document coordinating skills, with a constant eye on contract and other deadlines 
  • Strong attention to detail essential
