The Office Manager coordinates and oversees a range of front and back of house functions, and the position has plenty of variety and challenge. This is a high multi-tasking role with variety across numerous layers of a fast-paced and highly reputable property firm. 

You will enjoy working as part of an inclusive and successful team and bring loads of skills across administration management, facilities and resources management, overseeing a busy reception, and ensuring other back office team members are supported.

In conjunction with operational duties, the role will take responsibility for a range of human resource requirements across the group. These will include new employee paperwork, onboarding, training and probation and ongoing performance supervision processes and OH&S.

Day to day
  • Oversight of facilities maintenance and resources
  • Efficient liaison with a range of suppliers 
  • Accurate creation and management of employee records, payroll data entry, training administration
  • Provide general day to day HR support to leaders and senior team members 
  • Implement and oversee a formal onboarding and induction process
  • Provide support to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary, behaviour, grievance and non-performance matters
  • Oversee OH&S compliance 
  • Min 3 years office management experience in a similar role
  • Highly competent human resource skills
  • HR administration experience across employment contracts and completing all required administration tasks for new hires
  • Able to build relationships with all levels of staff with enthusiasm and respect
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to contributing to a harmonious, productive, values-based workplace culture
