Candidate profile
| This new role will suit a candidate with strong sales administrator experience gained within a real estate or other property services environment, and someone who has been assisting also with lower level HR coordination duties. 

Focus | This is a high multi-tasking role and you must love the challenge and rewards that a property services and sales environment offers. A good mix of sales support, stocklist management, stakeholder liaison, customer service and human resource administration skills are essential. 

Day to day

  • Assist with various administration workflows in conjunction with relevant internal sales consultants
  • Provide administration support to a range of internal staff across sales, contract administration, marketing and stocklist management
  • Showcase your strong commitment towards attention to detail and keeping your workstation surroundings organised and professional
  • Coordinate communications between builders and internal staff, including oversight of building contracts, key document milestones and  ensure actions by relevant parties in a timely manner 
  • Assist with various human resource duties including new staff contracts, employee paperwork, onboarding, training & development and exit processes 
  • Ordering of office supplies across administration resources, kitchen supplies and visitor and other stakeholder needs 
  • Daily use of various office software and CRM systems including Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
This role is more of an office all-rounder, and will not suit a candidate that doesn't like a lot of variety in their day. Please note HR candidates who do not bring strong sales admin and office assistance skills will not be considered.
