Day to day

  • Oversee various human resource duties including new staff contracts, employee paperwork, onboarding, training & development and exit processes 
  • Using premium HR software, manage leave entitlements, anniversaries, change in conditions etc
  • In conjunction with Finance, assist with payroll processes
  • In conjunction with line managers, assist with KPI development
  • Maintain OH&S processes and manage all associated processes 
  • Give advice and support to line managers and business owners on various relevant aspects of performance management, training & development, exit strategies and processes 
  • Ensure compliance across all legislated processes within a regulated industry, including police clearances, vehicle registration and licencing, finance certifications, and relevant position qualifications where relevant
  • Establish and oversee training and workplace development registers
Candidates will need a solid understanding of various workplace relations information, including National Employment Standards and other Fair Work legislation to be considered for this position.  Relevant human resource related qualifications are preferred.
