This reception role will suit a mature minded receptionist who enjoys high levels of customer service and a busy phone system. Catering to a mid sized team, this important role is the face and voice of our business.

It's essential that you enjoy being front and centre of a successful, fast paced office. Having a can do attitude is essential, and you'll enjoy being the go to person for ad hoc or general team support tasks. You will have reliable and professional experience in a similar role, and it is essential that you prefer high people contact in your work day. 

This role will include a blend of standard receptionist functions, as well as some general administration duties where required. 
  • Manage a busy phone system with multiple incoming lines 
  • Serve incoming callers and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Meet and greet a high number of business clients and visitors, ensure they are seated in the correct meeting rooms and consultants are advised immediately of their arrival 
  • Help to coordinate catering or functions where necessary 
  • Ensure reception and meeting room facilities are kept tidy and well presented 
  • Assist internal staff with customer service and support issues
  • Keep internal contact lists up to date
  • Undertake archiving and filing where required 
  • Preparate refreshments for visitors 
  • Collection and distribution of mail 
  • Other ad hoc duties time permitting
