Our Client is a leader in their field of financial services being THE largest mutual fund in Australia and have won a number of Awards for their service & products into the market place. 

Servicing customers nationally, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and a strong background in customer services is essential. 

This role requires exceptional levels of service to be delivered at all times, as it is the first point of contact for all customer contact as you will be working on the front line for their long standing Australian brand. 

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. Experience is not required for this role, as we will provide FULL Training.

What we require you to have is a strong customer service background and an enthusiastic nature. 
You will need to have:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Year 12 certificate, Diploma or Cert 3 or equivalent
You will be required to work a rotating roster from Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm with 1 weekend per month 8am - 4pm.
