Woolworths Insurance is a well known Australian Iconic Brand and due to expansion have a number of exciting roles within the Inbound Customer Service team in their Insurance division. 

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about moving their career forward. These roles offer a robust training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success. 

You will be responsible for answering INBOUND calls, providing support to customer enquiries whilst delivering exceptional customer service. These calls are complex and require the ability to think laterally whilst working across multiple platforms. 

Initially you will be trained on Motor Insurance, with upskill training across a number of insurance products ranging from car, travel through to pet insurance.
To be successful in the position, you will need to possess
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a contact centre environment within Financial Services
  • Experience in purchasing insurance and an understanding of HOW important this is to every Australian
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic 
  • A "Can Do" attitude 
You will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience. Permanent opportunities are available within 12 weeks!
Once you have completed your initial class room training, you must be available to work a rotating roster of Monday - Sunday 8am - 8pm.
