Our Client is a leader in their field of software as a service (Saas) providing e-commerce gateways across the Globe. 

A rare opportunity has arisen for a 3-month assignment due to an internal secondment. 

Your role as a caretaker of this high performing team, is to keep the moving on the pathway of success. This includes continued coaching and development of the team, coupled with taking escalated calls where required. 

Coming from a strong background of leadership in the Contact Centre space, you will be familiar with NPS and C-Sat scores and how to support your team to continuously improve. It is highly advantageous to hold experience within Zendesk or other ticket based systems. 

You will be an individual of impeccable presentation and communication skills. Previous experience in a Team Leader position is essential!
