Our Client is a market leading outsource provider, and due to GROWTH they are seeking MULTIPLE Customer Service Consultants to join their team. 

This Centre operates 24x7 with core hours being 6am -Midnight Monday to Sunday on a rotational roster. These are FULL TIME roles, so you MUST be available to work 38 Hours per week.

The role will see you assisting national customers with their inbound enquiries on behalf of a leader in the banking industry.
To be successful in this role, you will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling a positive customer service experience.
Ideally you will come from a call centre, hospitality or retail background. Your exceptional Customer Service skills are critical to your SUCCESS in this role. This is a true career opportunity with ongoing development to ensure your ability to progress.
